Kathy’s ongoing thirst for knowledge has contributed to her pursuit of specialized education, and she has earned many professional designations and remarkable accolades. In 2018, she was honored as REALTOR® of the Year and in 2021, Kathy reached new heights in her field when she won the Broker of Excellence Award by the Huntsville Association of REALTORS® and was awarded membership into the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle, an honor reserved for the top 7% of agents worldwide.

Kathy began her career by serving her country as a second lieutenant in the United States Army Reserves. After graduating cum laude from Prairie View A&M University, she worked as a pediatric oncology nurse and neonatal intensive care unit nurse. These experiences have been among the most challenging and enriching of her life, enhancing her spirit of service.
